Electronic Health / Medical Record (EMR) – Progressive and Technologically Advanced
In order to protect the security of your personal health information and ensure optimal continuity of care between our Physicians and each office, we utilize an Electronic Health / Medical Record system.
Appointments – We utilize an automated greeting phone system to quickly direct you to our central scheduling department to start the appointment process. Patients are seen during regular office hours and by appointment only, except in emergency circumstances. Occasionally, our office schedule must be altered due to the unplanned arrival of a seriously ill or surgical patient. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
The Practice has a “No-Show” policy in effect, which requires twenty-four (24) hours notice if I must cancel my appointment.
