Please note: Tylenol can be taken for pain and will not affect blood clotting.
If you are taking any of the medications listed below, it is contraindicated for you to have anesthesia without discontinuing the medication two (2) weeks prior to your surgery. These medications mixed with anesthesia drugs can be extremely life threatening and very dangerous to your health and well being. Be certain to notify your surgeon or anesthesia provider in advance of your surgery if you are taking any of the following medications:
Marplan, Parnate, Nardil, Eutonyl
